Twilight is introducing a new staff team. ‘The Dream Team’ will be responsible for handling all the hacking related tickets by checking replays, screenshots and explanations. ‘The Dream Team’ will go through each case individually where they are required to write an independent report (yes, one for each member of the team).

This essentially means that there will be at least two people reviewing each ticket, and sharing their findings with the operator team. Thereafter, the Operator team will set the ticket action accordingly.

Now, the most serious matter: where does the name ‘The Dream Team’ come from? It’s from a review of the movie The Pink Panther, duh!

The new members of staff for this team include: Doofkhwet, NomNom, pwn-movie & -scratchy-.
